1. The service

GetTronEnergy ("the Service") provides automated delegation of TRON network energy. Sending a TRX payment to the payment address displayed on this website constitutes an order for the corresponding energy package displayed at that time.

2. Ordering and delivery

• Orders are fulfilled by delegating energy to the address that sent the payment, normally within seconds of on-chain confirmation.
• Delegated energy remains for approximately 1 hour and is then reclaimed.
• Payments that do not match a listed package amount are refunded to the sending address automatically. Dust amounts below 1 TRX may not be refunded.
• Payments sent from exchange accounts or custodial platforms cannot be fulfilled (energy would be delegated to the exchange's wallet) and will be refunded to the sending address, which may be the exchange's address. Use a self-custody wallet.

3. No custody, no financial advice

The Service never holds user assets, never requests private keys or wallet permissions, and provides no investment or financial advice. Energy delegation is a network resource operation, not a financial product.

4. Limitations

The Service depends on the TRON network and third-party infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the affected order. The Service may not be used for unlawful activity; we may refuse service to addresses associated with sanctioned entities or illicit activity.

5. Changes

Prices and these terms may change; the versions displayed on this website at the time of an order apply to that order.
